Walker Wellness Clinic provides a statement for you to file with your
insurance company, but we encourage you to check with your provider if you intend to file
for third party reimbursement
prior to enrolling in treatment. We accept Mastercard, Visa,

weekly basis for the clinical services that are rendered.

Loans can cover treatment costs, tuition and even transportation to and from the program. They feature multiple loan products with competitive rates, and a possible deferral of interest for up to 6 months with no prepayment penalties or cancellation fees.
With many loan companies to choose from and because the loan qualification and application process can be confusing, we recommend calling Clark Behavioral Health Financing. They work with many families and individuals each day, guiding them through the loan process. Even if you don’t personally qualify for a loan, they will advise you in ways to qualify, including adding a co-signer or considering credit repair. Once pre-approval has been achieved, Clark Behavioral Health Financing can complete the entire loan process in about 5 business days.

Wellness Clinic does not accept direct payment from insurance companies due to
the fact that we would like for our patients to experience complete
confidentiality in their course of treatment. However, we do offer each patient
a statement at the end of each treatment week that can be submitted to your insurance
company to file for third party reimbursement.
Often times insurance companies will reimburse for our clinical services due to our cost effective rates and clinically sound treatment approach. We will be happy to assist you in issues regarding your statement or clarification for the insurance company. In summary, we have made this decision based on offering our patients the best quality care without compromising patient confidentiality.
